Who operates this
marsfirst.space is the The Galactic Center site. These draft terms cover SolFund, the non-custodial reclaim product on that site. They are not a finished contract.
The service
The interface helps you inspect token accounts in a wallet you connect, and to build transactions that close accounts you select. If an account still holds tokens, closing it requires burning those tokens. You sign every transaction in your own wallet.
No custody
The Galactic Center does not take possession of your wallet, seed phrase, or private keys. You are responsible for reviewing each prompt before you approve it.
Fees
A service fee may be configured as a percentage of reclaimed SOL. The current rate and the treasury address, if one is set, are published on the transparency page. A fee of zero means no treasury transfer is added.
Burns
Burning tokens is permanent. Selecting a token or NFT and confirming the burn warning is your instruction to destroy that balance. The Galactic Center cannot restore it.
No warranty
The interface is provided as available. Chain conditions, wallet software, and RPC providers can cause a transaction to fail. This draft does not promise uninterrupted operation or that an account can always be closed.
