SolFund by The Galactic Center
Transparency
SolFund is operated by The Galactic Center. The public site is marsfirst.space. This page is the description of what the app actually does with a connected wallet.
What a scan does
After you connect, the app asks the configured RPC for every token account owned by that wallet on the classic Token program and on Token-2022. It reads the mint, balance, and the SOL locked in the account. When metadata is available it shows a name, symbol, and image. The cluster for this deployment is Devnet.
Accounts are grouped into empty accounts, fungible tokens, standard NFTs, and unsupported accounts. Compressed NFTs are not token accounts, so they are not scanned and are not supported. Programmable NFTs are shown as unsupported rather than submitted.
What a transaction may contain
Built transactions are limited to four kinds of instructions:
- CloseAccount on the Token program or Token-2022, with the rent paid to your wallet.
- Burn, and only for a balance you selected, on the same two programs.
- One SystemProgram.transfer of the disclosed fee, and only when the fee is above zero.
- Compute budget instructions that set the compute unit limit and, if configured, a price.
The app does not add approvals, delegations, setAuthority, or transfers of your tokens to any other wallet. Wrapped SOL is closed, which unwraps it back to you, and is not burned.
Fee
The service fee is 0% (0 basis points) of the SOL those closes return. It is calculated as floor(reclaimed lamports × fee basis points / 10,000). The remainder stays in your wallet. At 0% no fee transfer is added.

Buybacks
A disclosed portion of fees may be used for public, scheduled buybacks of the project’s own token. Buybacks, when they run, are paid from the public buyback wallet below. SolFund does not place those orders, and it does not send your tokens to that wallet.

Public API
The same flow is available over HTTP at /api/v1. Scan and transaction building accept public addresses only. Transactions come back unsigned, for the caller to sign. See the API docs.
Before you approve
Each transaction is simulated first. A failed simulation is shown with the program logs, and the wallet is not asked to sign. Read the prompt in your wallet anyway. You should see closes, burns only for balances you selected, and at most one SOL transfer to the treasury above.
