Privacy Policy
Draft for marsfirst.space. Needs legal review.
What this draft covers
marsfirst.space is operated by The Galactic Center. This notice describes the limited information SolFund uses. It is a placeholder, not a finished privacy policy.
Wallet data
When you connect, the app reads the wallet’s public address in your browser and asks an RPC provider for token accounts owned by that address. That query is how the scan works. The app does not ask for a seed phrase or a private key.
What stays on your device
A theme choice and the name of the last wallet adapter may be stored in local storage by the browser. Transaction signatures are created by your wallet, not by this site’s server.
RPC providers
The RPC endpoint configured for this deployment sees the public address and the transactions you broadcast. Operators should treat that provider as a processor when this draft is replaced with a reviewed policy.
No account, no sale
There is no SolFund user account. This draft states that The Galactic Center does not sell personal information. A reviewed policy should replace this sentence with the company’s actual practice.
